Based in Kolkata, Puja Dey is a full-time wildlife photographer with a passion for capturing mammals, birds, reptiles, and landscapes across India. Since 2019, she has photographed in national parks like Bandhavgarh, Jim Corbett, Panna, Gir, Pilibhit, Umred, Kaziranga, Sundarbans, Bharatpur, Manglajodi, and Pench.

She works with Canon EOS R6 Mark II and Canon telephoto lenses, and her images have been published by the prestigious Nat Geo India and Incredible India. Her work has earned her recognition at national competitions such as FIP 2022 (3rd place), Jungle Belles 2024 (1st place), and Photoxhi 2024 (2nd & 3rd places).

Puja leads wildlife photography workshops and tours to channelise her passion. Off the field, she enjoys traveling, cultural exploration, biking, sketching, and caring for her many rescued dogs and cats.

She believes strongly in the need for greater awareness about wildlife and nature conservation.
