Rajharsha Narayanswamy
Karnataka
Rajharsha Narayanswamy spent years building a structured corporate career — successful on paper, but not quite aligned with his soul. Somewhere between boardrooms and business calls, he felt the pull of something wilder. And so, he made a life-altering decision: to walk away from the grind and lean fully into his truest passion, wildlife photography and storytelling.
Since then, Rajharsha has dedicated his life to tracking wild cats, exploring remote forests, leading photography tours, and capturing rare moments through his lens. He’s photographed across countless landscapes, and while he says they’re "too many to list," each one has shaped his journey. From mammals and birds to reptiles and insects, he approaches every frame with patience, purpose, and heart.
His work has been published in National Geographic, Discovery, The Times, Metro UK, and several other international platforms, a testament to his talent, but also his commitment to ethical and impactful storytelling. For Rajharsha, wildlife photography isn’t just about the perfect shot; it’s about telling stories that inspire people to care about nature, conservation, and coexistence.
A proud Fujifilm GFX100 II user, he’s equally comfortable behind the camera or guiding others on their photographic path. He frequently mentors students, judges college photography competitions, and leads immersive photo tours that combine learning with deep connection to the wild.
When not in the field, Rajharsha finds calm in books, long walks, and editing frames from his latest adventure. He’s a lover of good music, regional cuisine, and quiet coffee rituals. Deeply compassionate, he’s as devoted to his pets as he is to the animals he photographs, seeing in both a kind of wild love that transcends words.
Today, as a mentor with Wild By Nature, he brings not just skill, but a worldview, one that believes in slowness, sustainability, empathy, and storytelling with integrity. Through his journey, he proves that it’s never too late to rewrite your story and sometimes, the wildest roads lead you home.
