Wildlife sightings are subject to nature and cannot be guaranteed

EXCLUSIONS: 

✗ Transportation to/from the resort
✗ Mineral water & soft drinks
✗ Personal expenses (cigarettes, alcoholic beverages, etc.)
✗ Any items not mentioned in inclusions

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Guest details required: Full Name, Date of Birth, Government ID (for safari permits)
• Safari permits are non-refundable once booked
• No music or loud sounds allowed (forest department guidelines)
• RO water provided in reusable bottles; mineral water available at extra cost
• Naturalist services require pre-booking
• For GST invoices, provide company GST number at time of booking
• Rates are non-commissionable
