What You Can Customize:
● Dates & Duration – Choose when you travel and how long you'd like to stay in the wild

How It Works:
Simply share your preferences with us, and our team will curate a bespoke safari package designed around your vision. We'll get back to you with a personalized itinerary that makes the most of your time in the wild.
Inclusions:
Accommodation as stated above.
All meals (B/L/D).
All Safaris as stated 4 people per vehicle in a private gypsy with services of a guide.
All transfer to and from Nagpur to Resort in air-conditioned Innova.
Accommodation at a luxurious private bungalow type resort with a swimming pool and spacious rooms.
Applicable Taxes
Access to all common amenities
Does not include:
Arrival and departure to Nagpur
Any items not mentioned above
Any items of personal nature
Soft drinks to be charged extra.
Items of personal nature such as cigarettes and alcoholic beverages.
Child Policy:
Children up to 5 years stay complimentary.
Children 6–12 years: ₹ 1000 per night (sharing same room).
Children above 12 years: ₹ 3000 per night (sharing same room).
Cancellation Policy:
More than 15 days prior to check in – 10% will be deducted from the amount
15-7 days prior to check in – 20% will be deducted from the amount
7-3 days prior to check in – 50% will be deducted from the amount
2-0 days prior to check in – NO REFUND
No Refund will be given for long weekends, Festivals like Diwali, New Year, Holi, Christmas
Swimming Pool Use
Allowed only with swimming costumes for hygiene and safety.

Check-In: 12 PM
Check-Out: 11 AM
Extra Meals (If Required)
₹ 500 – Breakfast
₹ 800 – Lunch or Dinner
₹ 1,000 – Packed Lunch/Dinner
Important Information
Rates are non-commissionable.
Guest details (Name, DOB, Govt ID) are required to confirm booking or for safari
permits.
No music or loud sound permitted as per forest department guidelines.
RO water is provided in reusable bottles. Mineral water available on request at
extra cost.
Safari Permits are non-refundable once booked.
Naturalist services available only with pre-booking.
For GST invoices, please share your company GST number at time of booking.
